Delivery & Shipping
Order Dispatch:
- Orders made before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched within 24 hours.
- Orders placed after Friday 3pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframes:
- All Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48. for bigger orders in some cases we may use DPD or Evri.Â
- Expected delivery within 2-3 working days after order placement.
- Allow extra time during peak seasons.
- Option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 available at checkout.
Special Instructions:
- Free Delivery on orders over ÂŁ15.
- Delivery is exclusive to the UK.
Returns & Refunds:
- Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Provide photographed evidence via email to Mycandybae@hotmail.com.

What Payment methods do you accept?Â
- We offer a few different payment options at the checkout: Debit/Credit Card, PayPal. All payment data is fully encrypted and secure so you can pay with peace of mind.
Do you ship outside of the Uk?
- Currently we do not ship outside of the UK, but it is something we may do in the future.Â
What shipping couriers do you use?
- We use royal mail 48 for most orders from 0-10Kg, any orders over may be sent via Hermes Evri or DPD, we aim to have all parcels delivered in 2-3 days, please note in some cases it may take a little longer, next day delivery can be selected in checkout for an extra cost read here for more information on our shipping.
How can i track my order?
- once your order has been placed we will aim to dispatch within 24 hours, you will be notified once we have dispatched your parcel and the tracking number will be sent to you, if for any reason you do not have a tracking number, contact us and will will give you an update
 Can i cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order please let us know right away, and you will be refunded the full amount, if it has already been posted you will need accept the parcel and pay the postage fees to return the item back to us, you will be refunded the original amount minus the postage costs
My product is damaged
- If your parcel arrived damaged, send us photo evidence to our email  Mycandybae@hotmail.com and we will do our best to resolve thisÂ
Best before dates
- All of our sweets are fresh and have a long best by date, with over 6 months best dates, unless stated otherwise, contact us if you require the exact dates for the items you wish to order.
What is your return policy?
Are nutritional information and allergens listed for each product?
- If you have any allergens please let us know before you order so that we can cater to your dietary requirements. Some product descriptions will include this information, however as some mixes will differ every time as they are handpicked etc , we will include all this information with you order when you received it.Â
Do you have halal Sweets?
- yes we will let you know which sweets are halal or not in the descriptions.Â
