Delivery Information

Order Dispatch:

  • Orders made before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after Friday 3pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • All Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48. for bigger orders in some cases we may use DPD or Evri. 
  • Expected delivery within 2-3 working days after order placement.
  • Allow extra time during peak seasons.
  • Option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 available at checkout.

Special Instructions:

  • Free Delivery on orders over £15.
  • Delivery is exclusive to the UK.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide photographed evidence via email to Mycandybae@hotmail.com.
