The following terms and conditions are between MyCandyBae (referred to as "us", "we", and "our"), the customer (referred to as""you" or "your")

By placing an order on www.mycandybae.co.uk you agree to the following terms and conditions that are stated.

We reverse the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

by agreeing to the terms and conditions you are confirming that you are a customer of this website, over the age of 18, providing correct and acculturate details, agree to us collecting information for marketing and communication purposes.

Purchase contract 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

you agree to not use our products to resell, copy, duplicate, reproduce, exploit any services provided by us, without written consent from us

you understand that the information you provide must be accurate and complete, so that we can fulfill our services, this includes, your name, email address, delivery address, payments.

you agree that we will take up to 24 hours to confirm and dispatch your orders after purchase has been made.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.


when placing an order, payments must be made in full within 24 hours, products will remain property of mycandybae until payments have been made 


Any orders placed will be distracted within 24 hours, via Royal mail 48. Any orders over 2kg will be Sent Via Evri. parcels will arrive within 2-3 working days after the order is made. please allow extra time during busy times of the year

All orders placed after Friday 3pm will be dispatched on Monday

Delivery is only available in the UK

you agree to provide the correct delivery address, deliveries will be made the the address provided to use by you, we will not accept any liabilities if the delivery address provided is not correct,

you must ensure the delivery address is accessible by royal mail, Evri and DPD you must let us know before placing an order if the address is not accessible 

it is you responsibility to ensure someone is at the address to receive the parcel If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.

parcels will take 2-3 days to arrive, please allow extra time for parcels to arrive during busy times of the year for example Christmas. you can contact us at @@@ if your parcel has not arrived within the time frame, please note that in some cases parcels may take up to a week 

If you parcel is damaged on arrival, you must send photographic evidence  to @@@ within 24 hours so that we can resolve this for you

No liability for damages and or discrepancies will be accepted if the proof of delivery is signed for as received in good condition or unchecked.

we cannot accept any liability for damage due to heat sensitive during the summer months, 


we may cancle orders within 24 hours of purchse if we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you before hand, you will be sent a full refund

any orders may eb cancled before they are dispatched, and you willl be refunded in full 

if the customes wishes to cancle the order after is has already been dispatched, you will have to accept the parcel and return it back to us, you will be refuneded once we recvie the return, A refund will be issued less the original delivery costs and an

order errors 

if procusts are missing from your order please contact us at @@, within 24 hours of reciveig the order and we will get back you asap, we may ask for photo evidence. missing orders will be refunded, 

if we have sent you an incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items and we ill resolve this by, refunding or sending the correct item out 

If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will offer a refund for damaged items only

The purpose of the box is to protect the product inside from damage

We do not accept liability for outer packaging being damaged if the goods inside is undamaged

as most our products are perishable we will not Accenture returns on them we may accept returns on non perishable products, that are unopened, , please contact us on @@@

Expiry dates.

All our products will have a long best before date over 6+ months , you will be notified if any products have a shorter then 6 months best before 



Any information displayed on this website regarding the products we offer for sale, including, but not limited to; product descriptions, images, sizes, weights, ingredients, nutritional information, and the like, are provided for your convenience only

we are not liable for delays by royal mail if there are strikes, or industrial actions going on, let us know if parcels are late and we will do our best to update you
